How My Upgrade Service Works.

At GGenhance, we handle every upgrade with precision so you can focus on dominating the field. Here's how the process works:
Step 1 — Place Your Order
Select your upgrade service for your SRB400, SRB800 Pyro, or SRB1200. Choose the Standard service or add the Optional Spring Upgrade (+$5) at checkout.
Step 2 — Ship Your Blaster to Us
After your order is placed, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your shipping label to arrive.
Most labels are sent within a few hours.
In many cases, labels are delivered within minutes of placing your order.
Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for updates.
Once received, simply print the label, securely package your blaster, and prepare it for shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping label delivery, although most customers receive their label significantly sooner.
Turnaround time begins once your blaster has been received by GGenhance, not when the order is placed.
Step 3 — We Perform the Upgrade
Once your blaster arrives, it will be upgraded using the selected service package and thoroughly tested before return shipment.
All upgrade services include:
Metal gear set
Sector delay chip
Upgraded piston
Metal motor pinion gear
Gearbox shimming and lubrication
Professional installation and testing
Optional:
Upgraded spring (+$5)
Step 4 — We Ship It Back
Every upgraded blaster is tested before being shipped back. Once completed, your blaster will be carefully packaged and returned to you.

Paint schemes, accessories, included gel balls, and cosmetic appearance may vary between builds.
Product photos and videos are examples of previous builds and may not exactly represent your final blaster.
While appearance may vary, all upgrade services include the internal upgrades listed on the product page.
Most orders are completed within 1–2.5 weeks after your order is shipped.
