By purchasing from GG Enhance, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
GG Enhance provides custom gel blaster upgrade, modification, tuning, and repair services. Customers are responsible for shipping their own gel blaster to GG Enhance using the prepaid shipping label provided after checkout.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information, package dimensions, and estimated package weight during checkout. Incorrect information may result in shipping delays, carrier adjustments, or additional shipping charges.
Customers are fully responsible for securely packaging their blaster before shipment. GG Enhance is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, improper packaging, mishandling during transit, delayed deliveries, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.
GG Enhance reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or return items if a package arrives damaged, unsafe, improperly packaged, modified beyond safe working condition, or contains missing parts.
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Service times may vary depending on workload, shipping delays, holidays, carrier issues, customer response times, and parts availability.
Due to the custom nature of upgrade and repair services, all sales are final once work has started on a customer’s blaster. Refunds will not be issued for completed upgrades, installed parts, tuning services, labor, custom work, shipping costs, or customer-supplied parts.
GG Enhance is not responsible for performance differences caused by customer-supplied parts, aftermarket modifications, misuse, improper maintenance, battery misuse, wear over time, user error, or changes made after the product leaves GG Enhance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ownership and use of gel blasters complies with all local, state, and federal laws in their area. GG Enhance is not responsible for how products are used after service is completed.
